As part of the Project’s work on I-91, the emergency turnaround south of the Middletown rest area on I-91 northbound, and north of Exit 19 on I-91 southbound, will be closed temporarily from Monday, August 17 at 12:00 AM to Monday, August 31 at 6:00 AM. It is anticipated that the work will take approximately two weeks to complete, weather permitting.
