DAY WORK:
During weekdays, Monday, June 2 through Friday, June 13, from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM crews will conduct a variety of work as noted below throughout the I-91, I-691, Route 15 Interchange Phase 2 Project limits:
- Maintenance and protection of traffic with lane and shoulder closures on I-91, I-691, and Route 15, and some local roads, as required.
- Maintain stockpile locations, sweeping, dust control.
- Strip topsoil in the I-691 median and install permanent barrier.
- Dewater temporary earth retaining for retaining wall on Route 15 NB north of Paddock Avenue Bridge over Route 15.
- Formwork for the pier stem, caps and pedestal for the Paddock Avenue Bridge and for abutments 1 and 2 backwalls, wingwalls and stems.
- Install and backfill doublewall blocks and form and pour leveling pads for retaining wall on Route 15 NB north of Paddock Avenue Bridge.
Grade for retaining wall at Route 15 Exit 67 site.
Excavate for support of excavation at the East Main Street Bridge over Route 15 and I-91. - Grade for the abutment footing for the Route 15 NB bridge over I-91 (south of East Main Street).
- Formwork for back wall, wingwall and pedestals for the 15 bridge over I-91 (south of East Main Street).
- Jacking and bearing removal for the East Main Street bridge over Route 15 and I-91.
- Install median light bases on I-91.
- Onsite/offsite trucking.
NIGHTTIME LANE CLOSURES:
Closures are possible Sunday through Friday nights from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM as follows:
- East Main Street
NIGHT WORK:
During the Sunday through Friday nights from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM, crews will conduct a variety of work as noted below throughout Project limits:
- Bearing pedestal replacement and demolition of deck ends and partial depth patch on the East Main Street Bridge.
- Excavate and backfill/grade slope and ditch on I-91.
- Install drainage crossings on I-91 NB.
