From May 2 through May 4, during daytime hours, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, crews will conduct the following activities:
- On the I-91 NB bridge over Baldwin Avenue:
- Deck concrete pour
- Installation of reinforcement bars at bridge’s west parapet wall
- Drainage work and grading activities on I-691 EB
- Partial depth patching on the I-691 EB bridge over I-91
- Paving of I-91 NB left lane (behind the concrete barrier)
- Fine grading of topsoil on Route 66 WB off ramp to I-91 NB
From May 5 through May 10, during daytime hours, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, crews will conduct the following activities:
- On the I-91 NB bridge over Baldwin Avenue:
- Finish forming and concrete pour of west parapet wall
- Excavate footings on the bridge on Exit ramp from I-691 EB over I-91
- Fine grading and paving behind the barrier on I-691 EB
- Paving of I-91 NB Exit 18 ramp to Route 66 EB
- Paving of Route 66 WB off ramp to I-91 NB
From May 5 through May 10, during nighttime hours, from 8:30 PM to 6:00 AM, crews will conduct the following activities:
- Temporary barrier relocation and installation on I-91 NB
- Asphalt milling on I-91 NB and I-691 EB
- Traffic shift on I-91 NB
- Line striping after asphalt milling on I-91NB
- Safety markings Line striping for traffic shift on I-91NB
Closures:
- From Sunday, May 5 to Thursday May 9, during nighttime hours, from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, motorists should expect left lane closures on I-91 NB near Exit 18
- On Friday, May 10, during nighttime hours, motorists should expect the following traffic impacts and closures:
- I-91 NB left lane closure near Exit 18, from 8:00 PM to 10 AM
- I-91 NB double left and right lane closure near Exit 18, from 10 PM to 2 AM
- Closure of the I-691 EB off ramp to I-91 NB, from 10 PM to 6 AM
