NIGHT WORK
From June 17 through June 21, during nighttime hours, from 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM, crews will conduct the following activities:
- Temporary barrier installation on the Route 66 WB off-ramp to I-91 NB
- Concrete partial depth repairs and deck ends installation on the I-91 NB bridge over Baldwin Ave.
- Sawcutting activities on I-91 NB and I-691 EB for roadway concrete repairs
- Surveying work for roadway concrete repair patches
- Traffic shift near the Route 66 WB off-ramp to I-91 NB
From June 23 through June 27, during nighttime hours, from 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM, crews will conduct the following activities:
- Partial depth repairs on the following bridges:I-691 EB bridge over I-91
I-691 EB bridge over Bee Street - I-691 EB bridge over the ramp from I-691 WB to I-91 SB
- Sawcutting activities on I-91 NB and I-691 EB for roadway concrete repairs
- Pouring of 40 slabs on I-91 NB
- Pulling of slabs on I-91 NB
TRAFFIC IMPACTS:
From Monday, June 17, through Thursday, June 20, during nighttime hours, motorists should expect the following traffic impacts and closures:
- I-91 NB left lane closure near Exit 18 to the rest area, from 8 PM to 10 PM
- I-91 NB double left lane closure near Exit 18 to the rest area, from 10 PM to 6 AM
From Monday, June 24, through Thursday, June 27, during nighttime hours, motorists should expect the following traffic impacts and closures:
- I-91 NB right lane closure near Exit 18 to the rest area, from 8 PM to 10 PM
- I-91 NB double right lane closure near Exit 18 to the rest area, from 10 PM to 6 AM
- I-691 EB left lane closure near Exit 1B to Exit 1, from 8 PM to 6 AM
DAY WORK
From June 17 through June 21, during daytime hours, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, crews will conduct the following activities:
- Full depth construction of I-91 NB from Preston Ave to the Rest Area
- Filling of abutment 1 on the bridge on the Exit ramp from I-691 EB over I-91 NB
- Full depth reconstruction of the Route 66 WB off-ramp to I-91 NB
- Utility relocations on I-91 NB
From June 24 through June 28, during daytime hours, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, crews will conduct the following activities:
- Full depth reconstruction of the Route 66 WB off-ramp to I-91 NB
- I-91 NB full-depth roadway construction from the I-691 EB off-ramp to the Preston Ave on-ramp
- I-91 NB full-depth roadway construction from the Preston Ave on-ramp to the off-ramp to the rest area
- Filling of bridge seat on abutment 2 on the bridge on the Exit ramp from I-691 EB over I-91 NB
- Utility relocations on I-91 NB
