Monday 7/22
- I-91 NB Exit 16 NB off ramp for temporary barrier installation
Monday 7/22 through Thursday 7/25
- Route 15 NB Exit 67 off ramp for barrier pinning
- East Main Street on-ramp to Route 15 NB and I-91 NB, I-691 WB for barrier pinning
- Route 15 NB Exit 68 N-E off ramp for barrier pinning

Monday 7/29
- I-91 NB Exit 16 NB off ramp for temporary barrier installation
- East Main Street on-ramp to Route 15 NB and I-91 NB, I-691 WB for barrier pinning
Monday 7/29 through August 1
- East Main Street on-ramp to Route 15 NB and I-91 NB, I-691 WB for barrier pinning and temporary barrier installation
- Route 15 NB Exit 68 N-E off ramp for barrier pinning
DAY WORK
During weekdays, Monday, July 22 through Friday, August 2, from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM crews will conduct a variety of work as noted below on throughout the I-91, I-691, Route 15 Interchange Phase 2 Project limits:
- Maintenance and protection of traffic with lane and shoulder closures on I-91, I-691, and Route 15, and some local roads
- Excavate, backfill and form subgrade on Route 15 NB
- Excavate and backfill slope for camera pedestal at Paddock Avenue
- Strip topsoil in the wetland creation area and wetland work
- Install cofferdam streambed material
- Formwork for the Route 15 NB bridge over I-91 abutment wingwall and footings
- Sawcutting for roadway widening on the I-91 NB Exit 16 off-ramp
- Utilities work
DETOUR ROUTES (See maps in image slider below):
East Main Street on-ramp to Route 15 NB, I-91 NB, & I-691 WB Ramp closure.
- Take right on East Main Street
- Left onto Preston Avenue
- Left onto ramp for I-691 WB
- Take Exit 1A for I-91 NB
- Take Exit 10 for Route 15 NB
Route 15 NB off ramp (Exit 68 NE) to I-91 NB and Route 66 EB closure.
- Continue on Route 15 NB and take Exit 68 W onto Route I-691 WB
- Take Exit 2B and left at the end of ramp onto State Street
- Left onto Lake Street
- Straight onto ramp for I-691 EB (this will turn into Route 66 EB at I-91 overpass vicinity)
- Take Exit 1A for I-91 NB
Route 15 NB (Exit 67) to East Main Street in Meriden closure.
- Continue on Route 15 NB and take Exit 68 NE onto Route 91 NB
- Stay in right lane to take Exit 18 to Route 66 EB
- Take Exit 1 to Preston Avenue
- Right onto Preston Avenue
I-91 NB Exit 16 to East Main Street closure.
- Take Exit 17 to Route 15 NB
- Take Exit 68 NE
- Keep right and take Exit 18 to Route 66 EB
- Take Exit 1 to Preston Avenue
- Right onto Preston Avenue
- Straight to East Main Street
