PLANNED CONSTRUCTION:
November 13 through November 15, during daytime hours, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, crews will conduct the following activities:
- Stripping overhang brackets installation of waterproof membrane on the new bridge on the Exit 1A off-ramp from I-691 EB to I-91 NB
- Parapet modifications on the I-691 EB bridge over I-91, I-691 EB bridge over Bee Street, and I-691 EB bridge over the ramp from I-691 WB to I-91 SB
- Shoulder widening and preparation for the installation of permanent barriers on I-91 NB under I-691 EB bridge
November 13, during nighttime hours, from 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM, crews will conduct the following activities:
- Backfilling behind the curbing on I-91 NB north of Exit 18
November 17 through November 20, during nighttime hours, from 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM, crews will conduct the following activities:
- Adjusting line striping for new stage on southern end of I-91 NB near the Rt 15 NB off-ramp to I-91 NB
- Epoxy line-striping for winter on the southern end of I-91 NB
November 18 through November 22, during daytime hours, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, crews will conduct the following activities:
- Stripping overhang brackets installation of waterproof membrane, and forming of the abutment 1 and abutment 2 wall caps on the new bridge on the Exit 1A off-ramp from I-691 E to I-91 NB
- Fine grading on the I-691 EB off-ramp to I-91 NB
TRAFFIC IMPACTS:
- Wednesday, November 13, during nighttime hours from 8 PM to 6 AM, motorists should expect the following traffic impacts and closures:
o I-91 NB double left lane closure from Exit 18 to the rest area - Thursday, November 14, during nighttime hours from 8 PM to 6 AM, motorists should expect the following traffic impacts and closures:
o Traffic shifts on I-91 NB. Traffic will be shifted to the left of the I-91 NB bridge over Bee Street - Sunday, November 17, during nighttime hours from 8 PM to 6 AM, motorists should expect the following traffic impacts and closures:
o I-91 NB double left lane closure from Exit 18 to the rest area - Monday, November 18 through Thursday, November 21, during nighttime hours from 8 PM to 6 AM, motorists should expect the following traffic impacts and closures:
- Traffic shifts on I-91 NB. Traffic will be shifted to the left of the I-91 NB bridge over Bee Street.
- Closure of the Rt 15 NB off-ramp to I-91 NB
