The on-ramp to Route 15 northbound (NB) I-91 NB, and I-691 westbound (WB) from East Main Street in the town of Meriden was reopened on the morning of October 31, 2025.
The ramp had originally been schedule to be closed continuously until Monday, November 3, but work was completed earlier than anticipated.
