Proposed Improvements
- A. Realign and widen ramp from I-691 EB to I-91 NB (Exit 1A old Exit 11) to two lanes to meet traffic demand
- B. Bridge Replacement due to the proposed ramp realignment and widening
- C. Provide one additional lane on I-91 NB to relieve congestion caused by a steep uphill grade
- D. Bridge widening due to the added lane
