DAY WORK
During weekdays, Monday, March 10 through Friday, March 21, from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM crews will conduct a variety of work as noted below throughout the I-91, I-691, Route 15 Interchange Phase 2 Project limits:
- Maintenance and protection of traffic with lane and shoulder closures on I-91, I-691, and Route 15, and some local roads
- Maintain stockpile locations, sweeping, dust control
- Winter conditions – snow/ice removal, heating, frost, blankets, etc. as required
- Excavate, backfill, and grade Route 15 Paddock Avenue Bridge vicinity
- Excavate, backfill, and grade retaining wall on Route 15 NB north of Paddock Avenue Bridge
- Form and pour leveling pads for retaining wall on Route 15 NB north of Paddock Avenue Bridge and install backfill doublewall blocks
- Excavate, backfill; wall and form and pour retaining wall leveling pads
- Set and strip – retaining wall
- Set and strip formwork for the Paddock Avenue Bridge footing and stem
- Pave temporary widening at Route 15 NB Exit 68 N-E off ramp
- Form and install rebar for retaining wall footing and stem
- Form and install rebar for Paddock Avenue Bridge and support of excavation
- Test verification pile work at bridges
- Onsite and offsite trucking ongoing
