On June 11, 2024, the CTDOT’s I-91, I-691, Route 15 Interchange Improvements Phase Two held a groundbreaking event within the project limits. CTDOT Commissioner Garrett Eucalitto kicked off the event with an introduction of the project. Honored guest dignitaries offered their comments on the upcoming work and what it means for the future of the State of Connecticut.
